Burgess GAA Notes 15th September 2014

North senior hurling Final:

What drama! Well done to our senior hurlers who were seconds away from a famous victory on Sunday last only for an injury time smash and grab by Eire Og to salvage a draw. The replay is thought to be taking place on Sunday next  in McDonagh Park with the time to be confirmed. Please check the fixture section and club social media outlets for further details. We would all like to congratulate our hurlers and management on a fantastic display and I’m sure we will turn out in huge numbers again to roar our heroes on next Sunday. A match report can be viewed here
