Burgess GAA Notes 7th December 2015

AGM:
We held our AGM on Friday night last and though most positions were filled on the night unfortunately those members who were nominated for the roles of Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary felt that they were unable to commit to the roles for the coming year. As a consequence we will hold an adjourned AGM in January to fill these vital positions.
We would like to thank Dinny Ryan our outgoing Chairman and Mairead Darcy our outgoing Secretary for the fantastic service and commitment that they have given to the club in those roles for the past four and three year respectively. Mairead has committed to remain as assistant secretary fro the coming year in order to help the new secretary feel their way into their new position.
