Burgess Gaa Notes 9th July 2018

Junior A Hurling:

Our juniors short a few fought hard to overturn a half time five point deficit against Borris-Ileigh and stretch their unbeaten run to five games in the north championship. The 19 points to 18 points win put us top of the table and leaves us qualified for the semi finals with two games yet to play. Well done to all especially as we were short numbers on Friday evening last.

Senior Hurling.

Our seniors take on Loughmore Castleiney in Castleiney on Tuesday July 10th at 8pm in the division 2 semi final.

Minor hurling:

Our minors were robbed of victory by a Kilruane free deep in injury time on Thursday evening.
